I had to have the system restored and had it upgraded from 256 to 768. About $150.

I do have 1 question. How do I make the words bigger. They are so tiny I can barely read them. I tried view/text size/largest but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

you can check if you right-click on the desktop and go to "Properties"
then click on the "Settings" tab, there should be a slider there to change to 1024x768 or something larger

Whole system or just on the internet? IE and Firefox both have an option under View-->Text Size

Pressing Ctrl + Mouse Wheel is one way to adjust the text size within the browsers. I found that out by accident.
