I have one of these (MyFi):

Do I want one of these (Pioneer Inno)?

Other than the ability to double as an MP3 player, does the Pioneer have significant advantages over the MyFi? Better satellite reception? Better terrestrial reception?

No, I do not want to switch to Sirius. I want my baseball broadcasts, and I can live without Howard Stern.

All I knows is that I got XM radio with my new car. I filled out the form saying that I did not want to continue my subscription.

Well, now the good folks at XM are calling my 3 or 4 times a week saying that I owe them $20. They never got around to deactivating my unit and I got a free month. Now, they want me to pay up. Homey don't play that game. I guess I won't be getting that mortgage because of that huge outstanding debt.

That's why I'm here. I should really start charging for my advice.

Peem me with your billing address and the amount of the charge. The check is in the mail.

I like XM Cafe and The Loft.

Hope that helps.

Do you charge for advice, too? I don't think I can afford much more assistance.

XM is some kind of radio. Or TV. I forget which. You're welcome.

the inno is smaller and plays MP3's, too. I would say get it, but then again I am so cheap that I still have a 1st generation skyfi.

I think that thing is one of the things at the root of that big lawsuit between the recording industry and XM. apparently the you can use it to record songs from XM and share them or something, and that wasn't part of the deal when XM licensed the content. or something like that.

eh, we'll see. Surprise surprise, the RIAA doesn't like new technology. I don't see the difference between the inno and recording a song off of the radio, but I'm not a lawyer.

I wouldn't let that deter me, though, as even if it does get to a lawsuit, it'll take forever.
