What exactly is "Buffing Creme?"

I think they put that there buffing creme on that cobweb cleaner and knock off all the dried dead skin. let that stuff be, they think they need it.

They have buffing cream for nails. It will make your nails glisten without the use of polish, however I cant possibly imagine what it would be doing in a shower, as no water is needed.
