It's almost 5 now. I dont know what my issue is. Stay up all night, sleep for about 5 hours, then I am awake again. :mad:

It actually did work for a little while but a series of police sirens and ambulances nearby woke me and now I can't get back to sleep.
:Sigh: The life of an insomniac. I've never tried warm milk though and they say that helps. I might give it a shot.

Hey Flak, how's the weather in Britian right now? When I visited a few years ago I was there for a week in the spring and it didn't rain ONE damned time. Not even a cloud in the sky the entire time I was there. The weather was just fantastic, but I was somewhat disappointed I didn't get to experiance that classic English rain.
