I like the boxers on girls look. I've got a friend who goes nuts for girls in little boys underwear which is kind of creepy. An example is Cameron Diaz at the beginning of Charlie's Angels when she's dancing around.

Levi's (women wearing jeans is sexy; women wearing Levi's is the ultimate in sexy).
Cargo shorts
Athletic shorts (such as basketball shorts)
T-shirts with sports logos (OU or otherwise)

And yes, I agree with the earlier poster that women look sexy in ballcaps.
