Stoopid fake collections thingys

I'm going to buy a house and I checked my credit report and there are a few items that are killing me on there that are not correct.

I just spent an hour disputing that crap.

Really, if my Verizon Wireless account was in collection you would think that they would have cut the phone off. Assclowns, the whole lot of em.

It's stuff like that and two accounts that are paid in full and I still have the cancelled check and statement from them at home that are making me angry right now.

We should be able to sue the reporting agencies IMO.

Also it should be mandatory that if a Company charges you a late fee on top of interest...NO derogatory marks should be made about your credit. If you pay them a late fee , it should stand as your penalty. If your late again they should raise the fee until you either get your payment in on time or they cancel you and turn you for collection.
