I watched 'em put up a ginormous "The Lion King" banner today...

On the front of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. This bummed me out b/c it reminded me Frau Homey und meine kinder want to actually go see it. What's the point? Buncha costumed yahoos jumping about reenacting a Disney feature-length cartoon. I don't get it...and I'm usually pretty open to the artsy-fartsy stuff.

We went to see it in Dallas, took the two younger soonrs. The costumes were amazing. The kids loved it. If possible, get seats down on the floor on an aisle, that's where the parade of "animals" comes at the beginning of the play. It was very, very, very cool.
