no i mean the people i talked to on IRC all the time, we basically used it like IM anyway

irc is still big for gaming clans/teams and for software piracy. i don't know if there are as many people idling in #metallica on efnet anymore.

I use the irc function in trillian. The soccer sim that I'm involved in has games on sunday and wednesday nights, we usually go on irc for games but other than that, newp.
