Slim was awesome, as was a very young James Earl Jones.

The guy that was the voice of KITT was the navigator on that B52.

Slim Pickens riding the bomb down is my favorite image from any movie.
Also as a tidbit of trivia, the Napoleon Dynamite opening credits were modeled after Strangelove and actually designed by the same guy that did Strangelove's credits.
