Do you drink out of the milk/OJ carton as well? ;)

Occasionally on the OJ, and I find that milk has to leave the cartoon to be effective with cereal.

If the block of cheese has mold on it, do you slice off the mold and keep the block?

I don't let cheese last that long.

This playa is serious about his queso. He keeps it fresco.

Do you eat velveeta like that, too?

teeth marks on the block is marking your territory. What is your desired flavour? Mine, Colby or a sharp cheddar.

I like a variety of cheeses, so I tend to rotate my cheese stock.

Cheddar is great, but every once in a while you want brie. Or gouda.

Gouda is great with Crackers, wine and grapes........I like a strong cheese occasionally like Bluecheese or Roquefurt.

If you've never had a Roquefurt filet, you're missing out. One of the best combinations of flavors EVAR.

Come Mickey Mantle's in OKC. Their roquefort filet is the best steak in Oklahoma, IMO. PM me before you come up, and I'll buy the appies and the first round.

I'll do that Buddy! I've lived over here for close to five years and have yet to make it down there. We usely head east to Tulsa or go to Norman.

Hell, you dang near drive through Bricktown on your way to Tulsa. You need to stop next time.

Jimminy Crimson

Yeah Mickey's roquefurt filet is good stuff.

If you're in Tulsa sooner than the OKC, I think Fleming's and Mahogany both have it on their menu. Most steakhouses worth their salt have a roquefurt filet, or at the least a bleu cheese filet, but I'd go with the former.

That doesn't change the fact that I really, really like Havarti.
