I get back from the Wal-Marts on Saturday night about 7 and can't get onto my street because there is a fire truck and an ambulance at the end of my driveway.

I park on another street and walk past the firemen and they're working on a lady in the middle of the street.

The 20 or so neighbors watching inform me that she either got pushed out or jumped out of a car. She and the guy were arguing in the car then he peels out and she falls out. He pulls into my driveway, goes to pick her up and she's screaming for him to stay away from her.
He then leaves, gets a buddy and comes back.

This all happened before I got home. The Police show up about the same time I do. They arrest the guy for assault, leaving the scene and DUI.

My neighbor and I drank beer until about 9 just watching and talking about the crazies that live in the area. The best part was these two old women that showed up on their Rascal scooters to supervise the scene. They drove about a block and a half to post up in the driveway across the street.

Nobody saw her get pushed out but if she did get pushed out it would have been her boyfriend/husband that did it.

about a month ago 6 blocks from where I live a guy got beaten and shot to death in a Coney Island resturaunt just for bumping into another guy accidentally. Three weeks ago 8 miles from where I live an off duty cop was carjacked and shot on his way home from his wife giving birth to their first child.
