Does anyone know where I could find out some of the details of the Robin Hood plan in Texas? I am looking for the details of how much certain districts pay and how much other districts receive.

Thanks

Oh, BTW I have done a bunch of searches on Google. I have been able to come with general articles but nothing specific.

Do a search for Texas recapture. If you can insert the the ISD instead of Texas, you might find what you are looking for.
About two or three years ago, many of the districts receiving money moved into the group of districts having to contribute. So make sure your info is current.
It seems like the DMN runs an annual article with the numbers for the North Texas area.

If you want some additional information on alternative funding proposals then go here:
http://www.yctleg.org/leg/

or more specifically here:
http://www.yctleg.org/publications/Accountability%20and%20Efficiency%20in%20K-12%20Education.pdf

Though in the interest of full disclosure I'm pretty partial and biased towards that particular policy proposal. :D
