Nothing works on a diaper rash like Desitin, unless it's a yeast rash -Nystatin is the only cure for that

Yep, for diaper rashes. I have slathered it many times over the past three years. I even ordered a cool Boudreaux's T-Shirt.

Last I heard, John Mackovic was smearing it on his butt hoping for some Austin locals to show him their pup tents.
