Obviously The Administration just figured out that illegal immigrants don't have Nuclear Bombs. Our Country has shown repeatedly that it only gives democracy to countries that lack the bomb. We have invaded Panama, Iraq, and Afghanistan, however we haven't lifted a finger towards hostile nations of nuclear power, let's see Russia...Iran...North Korea...China....Pakistan..all countries that have way worse forms of tyrrany than the countries already invaded.

This is for people who travel internationally to places that are rather less than desirable, where most refineries, petrochemical plants and stuff like that is located.
