That is not the newly-discovered college Lebannon experiment on video that I was hoping for.

Did you see her mouth when she sang "Polo"?

I'll be back in a few minutes.

I have no idea when she sang "polo," because for the brief amount of time I watched the video I was trying to see if I could actually turn my speakers below "off."

Good thing for me that you live in Switzerland, then.

So, you really don't think she sings well?
I can't fathom that.

BigRedJed

No, I don't like her brand of music. I go out of my way to avoid listening to it. No offense to anyone, I just don't like Nashville country. I also don't care much for the product that American Idol turns out, although I'll take everyone's word for it that she's the most talented singer to come off of that show.

Do I think she seems nice, based on a few interviews I've seen? Yes. Is she easy on the eyes? I guess so.

Am I going to subject myself to mainstream country to get a gander at her sexy pie hole? Nope.

Meh. She's not too bad looking, but there are lots of prettier girls out there. To me, she just looks like every other good-lookin' Okie girl out there. :D

The voice is good but it's not my type of thing, and I believe you can't really sing country/blues/whatever the hell that is until you're older and know a little more about life's pain.

I liked it. In fact, I liked it so much that I sent the link to the operations manager at Cox to see if it would work on Mix 96.

So there.

My fav track is "Not in Checotah Anymore" Surpised its not been released locally for broadcast. Its basically a love song to Oklahoma...although I don't think many cows get "tipped" in Tulsa...except of course some of the waitresses at "The Village Inn." ;)

Great voice, but she needs someone else to write her songs for her.

5/11/2006, 10:51 PM
who wrote her songs?

no idea, but the lyrics in that "before he cheats" are classic country imo

Rhino

A lot of different people: Diane Warren, Brett James, Troy Verges and Rivers Rutherford. Josh Kear & Chris Tompkins wrote 'Before He Cheats'.

I've heard the same song 20 times. If you're going to generic and boring, at least be catchy.
