On our corporate systems, everyone's username is their first intial, middle initial, and first seven digits of their last name. A dude in NJ I know has a last name of Blood. His first name starts with A, and when the IT folks don't know your middle initial they use 'X'.

There's a "twitter" at work here. He hates it, so of course we all love it. I think we gave him a little firework fountain called "Twitter Glitter". We laughed a lot.
