is there some context for this i'm missing? regardless, i've always felt Wiscy is consistantly one of the more overrated teams in NCAA. sort of like Syracuse of the late 80's-mid 90's.

Maybe the missing context is UW Madison is one of the last remaining bastions for communism remaining from the cold war. Just a guess. As for being overrated, I think if you look up the term, Webster's has a nice photo of the Badger football team running onto the field at Camp Randall.

Hmm... I always kind of had a soft spot for the Badgers (though I have some unexplained attachment to several Big Eleven schools: 'Consin, Illinios and the Blue for some reason). But I'd love to see a game at Camp Randall... and see if they still jump around after we've hung half-a-hundred on them by the end of the third quarter.

I use to have a soft sport for them until I moved here. Same thing every year. "No one gives us any respect, we're 7-0." Then they promptly lose by 50 to the next big 11 team on the schedule. As for seeing a home and home at Camp Randall it would be awesome for me since I'm close. And there is a reason it's the #1 party school. Once you get past all the communists Madison is honestly a really cool city and the one city where the fat chick moniker for Wisconsin doesn't hold true. ;)

Putting aside selfish reasons I would rather see us home and home with the wolverines (one of the big 11's other rodent(s)) however.

My sister and her family live in the Wisconsin Soviet Socialist Republic. It's high time we start to schedule and whip Big 11 arse. Schedule and whip, I say! Schedule and whip! Wisconsin is as good a place as any to begin. Snot eating crab infested dog kickers.

Come on! I'm tired of this BCS hoo-hah! F'n Alabama-Birmingham and Middle Tennessee State. B-L-O-W M-E!

This crappy BCS scheduling mentality has ruined out of conference home and home scheduling. You BCS bangers can wad yourselves up in a little ball, jump up my arse, and be crapped out again after I've had my Mexican wife cook me up some red hot tamales.

PLUS (and this is a bonus), we've already played every single Pac-10 poonannie at least once. We still have yet in the history of college football to play either Purdon't or the Michigan Aggies.

It's time. It's time to pack up the brats and kraut and do battle with the Big 10 (or so). The Big 10 (or so) is where our A.D. should be negotiating.

And besides...we need revenge for our 1928 loss to the Indiana College of Basketball But Football, Not So Much. Fags.

You neglected to mention that over the past 20 years, the Sooners are 3-5 in regular season games played at Pac-10 stadiums (including 2 wins at The Farm), and 3-6 overall in regular season games played on the west coast.

It is kind of interesting how leagues seem to gravitate schedule-wise. Oregon has played every Big Ten school, but never played Baylor, A&M, Oklahoma State, or KSU, and only played four SEC schools. I suppose distance and bowl affiliations have a lot to do with that.

LOL. If the Iowa coaching tree didn't exist, then Johnny Blake would still be roaming the sidelines for the Crimson and Cream. UW recently hired an Iowa product, so it would be two Iowa boys going at it. Hayden would be smiling somewhere.

(Shuttering) Please never compare the two thats just not right. I can hear that annoying asss nasaly midwest accent echoing in my head. Visions of thunder thighs in a heavy sweater scarfing down a bratwurst cruising around in one of those woody things that are so common in cheese humping territory.

You got that right! My father would have never paid for any schooling at the communist/socialist bastion of UW-Mad!

UW-Mad is a weird team. Sometimes they will flat out surprise you by beating a better opponent out of the blue. The next week, they will lose to a lesser team quite handedly. As if they partake of the bud song and its beverage a bit too much!
