A boneless chicken stuffed with crawfish & rice dressing. Mmmmmmmmm baby. From Hebert's meat market in Maurice, LA. If you're ever passing by Lafayette, LA, it's worth a little detour.

Sorry, but when I'm in that neck of the woods, I can't pass up Mr. Gatti's pizza.

how'd you get crawfish to fit in there when he's always stirring the pot?

I'd be happy to JC, but when we bake up one of those babies in this house, there are no leftovers. :)

FWIW, Hebert's is the home of the original turducken, the boneless turkey stuffed with a boneless duck stuffed with a boneless chicken stuffed with.... stuff. (I've never had one, though. :norm: )

I wouldn't expect less.

I've ordered stuff from Hebert's before. Good eats!
