Any of you yahoos watch this show on A&E? I'm hooked on it. Hope a second season is in the works.

great show. my gf and fam own many rent type places in Tulsa. we kind of do that but only to rent them out.
I also like House Hunters. I think it's on HGTV.

We love that show. Especially the one's shot in Charleston. Those guys get-r-done! I think a key to flippin' 'em and making big bank is having the construction guys in your back-pocket like they do.

If you or I tried to turn crapboxes into showplaces in two weeks it would be darn near impossible because the dang tradesmen would'nt commit to working your job to completion.

Instead, they'd show up on the appointed day, do the demo, then you wouldn't see hide nor hair of 'em for three weeks...if then.

Meanwhile, your note comes due and you are losing money every day they don't show up.

I cracked up on the remodel that got stopped for lack of permits.
All the comments he made, which are shown on TV, and now the inspector knows what he really said.

that dude's a southern fried whuss. remember the time they kept getting robbed and decided to stake the place out? they built up liquid courage and the little polo wearin whuss let the guy get out the back door.:rolleyes:
