When I was your age and single, I drank with my parents ALL the time. There's nothing strange or weird about it all.

I have to post something in any margarita thread.

Margaritas From the Kentucky Club, Juárez
salt (coarse if available)
1 ounce white tequila (Herradura is excellent)
1 ounce Controy (Mexican orange liqueur)
juice of 1 Mexican lime
ice

Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice and invert in a saucer of salt. Shake tequila, liqueur, lime juice, and ice together and strain into the glass. Makes 1 margarita.

Last time we were at Joe T's, we were at on the patio and one of the cheap *** lawn chairs broke from under my father-in-law. Man, we got comped pretty quickly.

They just have a couple of things on the menu, and of course, I've forgotten what they were.

There is no menu. You get enchiladas or fajitas. And they are marginal at best.

But I hear the 'sit-when-you-pee' drinks are excellent.

They DO have a menu. You have to go for lunch. Dinner is the enchiladas/fajitas only time. But I've been going there for about a decade and just discovered that they have a lunch menu two months ago. :O

And yes, I'm surprised you can read.

Is the Original still open in Ft. Worth? If so, that's where you need to go for Messican food.
