I just got back from leading my first job. We went out a week ago last Monday (back to Pampa :mad:) & got set up and in the hole at about 3AM. There wasn't enough non magnetic drill collars (not my fault since the directional driller already had the pipe string set up before we got there) so the readings were messed up & we tripped out immediately. We got another tool ready, went back in, and proceeded to drill exactly 112 ft until we got stuck for 7 days. They finally got the pipe out & we waited another day for a decision from the oil company office. They decided to do something else & we left.
