He was trying to cross the road, and I stopped and carried him the rest of the way across so he wouldn't get run over by somebody stupid.

One time my grandpa brought home a huge turtle like the one in the picture up there. It was so big he could stand on its shell. My mom said the neighbor lady came by and wanted to make turtle soup with the turtle. So she put a leash around that turtle's neck and walked it home. I bet it didn't even know it was walking the Green Mile.

I actually saw a big snappin turtle crossing the road today in the poorin rain and I flashed my lights at oncoming traffic to get them to slow down.
