Every time a baby is born, it's a genetic experiment that has never been tried before. Sometimes, it doesn't work out so well.

Not just a newborn; I'm pretty sure he's already dead in those pics, because the article says he died half an hour after birth. Which sort of raises the question why the hell the parents and/or hospital allowed these people to parade him through the streets.
I'm still hoping this turns out to be a hoax in really poor taste.
So, are we saying that nobody should fark that pic?
