Elliot is a goner. And I was wrong, Taylor did well.

I thought Elliot did well, actually....I liked the 2nd song.
If I had to pick from tonight only, I'd pick McPhee even though I like her. That first song was horrid and the second stunk.

Katharine's second song was great. None of the contestants had 2 good performances. However, I think the bottom two will be Paris and Elliott.

Can we just skip forward to giving it to Chris and get on with it? I think McPhee is a strong number two and will prolly be at least as successful as Ghey Aiken has been.

While I agree Homey, the novelty this year (at least to me) is to see what the voting public does. They are a fickle bunch.
Who is that song by that the bald guy did?

I'd say Styx, but I know you mean the other song.

Meh.
It was strange, but I dug it. I thought it was a gamble that paid off.
It probably doesn't help that I've never even heard of that song.

I hadn't heard of it either. That may be an advantage. Sometimes a performer is judged relative to the person that made the song popular. This way it's your song.

Thanks, I went to iTunes and there's 100's of songs with some form of the phrase "dare you" in them.
