2 seconds of pouring dead center at full bore then switch to the side.

It MUST be full bore, I'm talking straight up and down here. Otherwise your just wasting both my time and your time.

This should get you started.

with a real beer it's better to start on the side pour and then gradually square the glass to vertical--more foam control. (no, i'm not going to type: "head control")
