By that I mean for their career at OU ,although I gues I can also ask who was the best pitcher from OU in the major lleagues. The best pitchers at OU that come to my mind are Bob Shirley,Breen Newcomer,Bobby Witt,Jack Armstrong,Ray Hayward, and Mark Redman. If I was to pick one as the best at OU IMHO it was Bobby Witt.Bob Shirley would have to be my best major leaguer, although Russ Ortiz and Mark Redman have been fair the last few years.Who else is worthy?

I'd probably say Bobby Witt, too.

Ortiz was going along pretty good, and had a WS start with the Giants....but has kind of fallen off the face of the earth. Redman never really had a chance in the majors....always putting up semi-respectable numbers with dregs like Detroit and rebuilding Marlins squads.

prolly Bobby Witt.

funny story about buckles,
he pitched most of his games drunk. he thought he pitched better that way.
