No, trust me I've seen Volek play. I had him on my fantasy team for awhile when McNair got hurt. I'm just saying if they're willing to part ways with McNair, it doesn't really seem to me like they'd play anyone ahead of radio. Volek is a serviceable qb. In 2004 he played 10 games. 18 TDs and 10 INTs. You could do a lot worse than him.
