The episodes I have seen are pretty good.

Polygamists are some strange folk, that's for sure.

On that note, fundamentalists of any cloth are a little bit out there.

When you're a woman who is married to a guy with multiple wives, what do you call your relationship with the other women? Since you're married to a guy who is also married to other women are you therefore married to those other women as well? Are they your "co-wives?" What's the term?

In utah we see them every once in a while. Always dressed in prarie skirts. They are way repressed by the men. I wonder what kind of a weirdo would knowingly go into a relationship like that. And as for the man, don't you think he would get worn out by sleeping with all the homely women?

I think the part that would get me would be the "nagging in shifts".

If you have a monogamous relationship with each one of them it shouldn't be a problem.

Like throwing a hot dog down a hallway.

i have a friend whose dad was a polygamist..he has like 20 brothers and sisters. Nice guy..that show always reminds me of him. The way he talks about his dad, though, I think he was about as mean as Roman.

We're hooked that's for sure. I actually enjoy it a bit more than the Sopranos which precedes it on Sunday nights.

I actually find myself feeling a bit sorry for Bill Paxton's character. The guy is trying to do right by all concerned and sincerely believes in his lifestyle...but, dayum!

How 'bout that torrid secretive affair he's carrying on with senior wife?

Note: in case you aren't a viewer, the wives each have "nights" scheduled a month in advance. If husband gets it on with one of the wives when its not her "night," its cheating. Here, husband and first wife are sneaking around and going to motel rooms for sex during days set-aside per the schedule for one of the other two wives. funky!

It is a good show, but I haven't figured it out yet. What was with the two gay scenes last week?

I'm not sure why the "gay themed" one involving the boy.

The one with the whack-job Roman's son in the seedy motel room was just strange.
