You like a lot dumber if you pass on a guy and he becomes a star than you do if you draft a guy and he becomes a bust.

It has been widely reported that Casserley is gone by the end of May. The popular rumor is he is taking the NFL job that Art Shell had before he became coach of the Raiders.

The reason they have kept him until now was to keep the scouting staff in tact for this draft. There are alot of conflicting reports to how much input he will have in this draft. They brought in Dan Reeves as a consultant at the end of last year, but his job was finished back in March.

His personnel record with the Texans, and with the Redskins before, has left alot to be desired.
