So I'm keying a Washington court record, as I do from time to time, since my job entails keying (among other states) Washington court records. I look at the identifiers page for the guy I'm putting in the system, and under "physical description" it says: TATTOO LOWER BACK - TRIBAL.

That's right...male tramp stamp. Just between you and me, I think he WANTS to be sent to prison. :eek: :les: :eddie:
