I was thinking about cooking me some lamb next week, yet I don't know what would be a good way to turn it into a meal.

I bought some lamb chops last night and cooked them on the grill. Soaked them in some wheat beer (about a half hour), ground pepper, sage, and savory. They were damn tasty.

mix it with beef and add some spice. shape it into a cone. put it on a rotisserie cooker. shave off the meat as it cooks. wrap in some pita bread with onions, tomato, lettuce and a generous amount of tzatziki sauce.
