Republican Congressman John Sweeny of New York is caught by a student paper **** drunk at a frat party. Doh!

The picture from the hard copy...was pointed out to me by a friend. I added the emphasis on the girl in the background....I wonder what she is doing?

mmmhmm...you'd think a congressman bold enough to grace a frat party with his presence would have the common decency to bring a case or two of Sam Adams. Or better.
