I just got off the phone with Delta. They claim they sent my frequent flyer
pin number to me two weeks ago. It hasn't shown up yet.

They said I might want to check with the mail courier.


So who is evil in this, Dean's organization or Delta Airlines?

It finally came in the mail today! 16 days later. Unfortunately, no postmark,
so I don't know for sure whose fault it was.
