So, for my final exam in my "History of the Symphony" class (that's history of the symphonic form in music, not history of the orchestra itself) we have two hours to write an essay. It's on our honor not to use anything but the scores of the pieces in question. We get to pick one of three prompts, and turn the essay in on the 3rd.
The third and final prompt just went online yesterday - and it is exactly the topic of the paper I just turned in for this exact same class last week. So all I have to do is regurgitate most of my paper from memory and I'm done with this class. Frakin' awesome.
I misspelled freakin', but then I figured Jonathan Frakes is pretty awesome, too, so I'll just leave it.
