They get to the point pretty quickly and pretty harshly.

Great marketing campaign by VW.

for some reason, all of these crash commercials lately (Jetta, Allstate, etc) make me very uncomfortable.

especially the allstate one where the lady has to dodge the blown-out semi tire.......

although one of the allstate commercials DOES use a camry, it crashes into the back of some other vehicle (can't remember what) and the coffee goes everywhere. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek

The first time I saw one, I was like holy sh!t. Which is, I think, the effect they are going for.

They definately build a safe car. Something like 45 million airbags in each car. ;)

VW's diesels get great milage. I always hated the little VW truck my friend's dad had. Now, it seems like an idea whose time has come...back.

From a marketing stand point, they're by far the best thing going right now. They've pretty much got everything you want in a commercial.

Haven't seen a commercial with that kind of "wow" factor in quite some time.

i can only imagine how expensive that is...


A couple of weeks ago it was about $3.70 a gallon out here. We use in sand rails.
