hamburger, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and crescent rolls will deliver me a bunch of yummy goodness in the very near future.

Why do you hate Sauerkraut?

you might as well post the recipe.

I'd probably eat elephant dung if it was in a cheesy casserole (or in ravioli or sausage). :O

Those enchiladas sound pretty good, even without the elephant dung.

Sauerkraut tends to stank up the house

Why do you hate Sauerkraut?

they are yummy.

cut up 2-3 chicken breasts and sautee in a skillet. add a block of cream cheese and a small can of chopped jalepenos (or green chilis if you're a wimp) and heat until all melty. put into flour tortillas and pour green chili enchillada sauce over the top and bake until it bubbles. add mozzarella (sp?) cheese at the end.

That sounds pretty easy too.

I suppose you think bleu cheese is bad because it's moldy too.

Substitute in some corned beef for the hamburger and croutons for the crescent rolls.

There you go. I think I'll have some reubens over-nighted from Katz's in New York. Yum.
