April 13th, I tried to book a flight for tomorrow using my frequent flyer
miles. They needed my PIN to do so. I don't know it, never set one.
The only way they would reset the pin is to US mail it to me.
5-7 days, they said, and I'd have it.
It's been 11 and I'm still waiting, and gotta fly out tomorrow. Thanks a ****in' lot.
