If it is related to post count...some folks have a crap ton of posts and ony have a few stars. I have a C note of posts and I already have a star. I dont get it! It's like this shot I had last night. It is called a football. 151 and Amaretto. You set it on fire then place your hand over the top. It sucks your hand down into the cup you pull your hand away and then shoot it. How that has relation to football is beyond me!
