OMG - the ribs weren't really ribs - they fell apart. Same with the chicken. Topped with a little Head Country BBQ sauce.

Mine turned out pretty awesome. I tell ya, I can make a mean BBQ.
My Pork roast was soooo tender. Just sliced it up wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla with that Head Country BBQ sauce as well.
