This is a fun site. I have been to it a couple of times. I hope that the information on it is accurate. I bought my house 3yrs ago for $170,000, according to this website my house is now worth in excess of $300,000.

Like I said...I hope that this information is correct.

i had to force it to show my house... I would hope the prices are way under. I know i could burn the house, take down the barn, plug the water well, have have the electric company take away the the pole. and still sell it for more than there showning.

It seems fairly accurate for where we live. Considering we've seen up to 20+% appreciation annually, I'm surprised it's that up to date.

In the place I live now, it has it listed as a 4 BR. It is actually a 3 BR, but the sq footage is right. On the house I just sold, it was close to what we just sold it for.

Its dead-on about my house.

Shows a nice 4% appreciation as well. Not bad for Oklahoma I would think.

I checked my mom's house and that one is way off...It say's $68K for her house, and the last time it was appraised it was going for $95K (and that was before she renovated and the property value jumped...I'm sure she could get well over $100K for that house now...

It doesnt have my house, or our clinic which used to be a house, which is odd since both properties are well over 55 years old.

it pulls up an aerial photo of my neighborhood with mostly vacant lots; we built our house five years ago.
