but it's not for a lack of effort on my part. It's only been three weeks or so.
She should get her offer this week and we'll have to get serious about
planning to move.

We drove from Sulphur Springs to slickwife's office in downtown Dallas
yesterday to see how long of a commute she'll have if she has to
stay with her parents until I get a job out here.

84 miles, 1:20 in saturday afternoon traffic. So she'll be looking at 1:30
easy each way, each day. When we first got married, I drove from
Brandon MS to Vicksburg MS every day for almost 5 years, and that
was 90 miles each way, and it sucks. So hopefully I'll get something going
soon. I'd prefer to live with my wife and daughter and not be apart
while waiting. :mad:

It's a straight shot down I-30 into Dallas, so it's not too bad.
