Now my speakers dont work. What on earth could I have done? :confused:

do you have a mute button on your keyboard?No. I dont have anything that says "mute" on the keyboard.

I just checked all the plugs and everything is all plugged in.

Start...control panel.....sounds and audio devices.....volume and mute......

Are the speakers powered and you just bumped the power button on them?

First, what kind of hook up do the speakers have? Are they USB style, or are they normal male pin like you would find on headphones?

If they're the male pin type, try plugging headphones into the computer and see if you can get sound -- this will at least tell you if the problem is on the computer side or on the speaker side.

It's fixed now. She phoned me and we traced it down.

Thanks for all of ya'lls help. You too Flagstaff.

I called Flagstaff. We had a nice conversation about the Norman of long ago. He is quite delightful. He then walked me through all the checkings of this and that and we got it going again. Thank goodness! The OU videos just arent the same without the music. :D

oumartin. This wind is just awful. OUSAEdad is out there trying to get his tomato garden going and had to take his contacts out and wear his glasses today. My swimming pool has white caps. :eek:

Just the mention of that friggin wind meks me happy in my pants that I dont live in western Ok any more .

It was the coupler plug. :)
