Ok you buff people. Anyone know of a good personal trainer in the Norman area, or even in the Blanchard-Tri City area?

TIA

From my experience, I have always found that it was best to learn excersize type stuff on my own, and that the services of a trainer was overrated. However, if you struggle to push yourself or are a complete beginner that may not be the best idea.

Not a beginner just need a new work out. Also my mom is paying for us both to go and she needs someone to put together a plan for her.

Schmidty's wife is a personal trainer.

If I was a beyonce, I might go to her.

whats her goals?

EDIT:
most likely your gym isn't going to let a personal trainer come in and train without the gym getting a cut. If she's looking for a personal trainer to work with her she might have to find one at the gym your going too. If its a program she wants....

Here are the basics

Chest press
Shoulder press
Leg Press
Lateral Rows

Extras: Biceps Triceps Abs

Personal trainers like to Strength training. More muscle means more fat burned at rest.

To maintain 1 lb of mucle you need 30-70 calories.
