View Full Version : Why peeps at work love the 1TC

Our field engineer come in and jokingly asks if I can work this weekend. I said sure. His face lit up and he said 'Really?'. After a small discussion I learned that he has been working every Saturday for a month and the Superintendent was coming in Saturday so he wanted our field engineer to come in on Sunday. I also learned that none of the other project engineers ever come in on the weekends.

Moral of the story, everyone at the project should sacrifice their time on the weekends and it shouldn't just be the folks that get their hands dirty coming in on weekends to supervise subcontractors.

well, it turns out that Max(our field engineer) entered the USA by swimming from Matamoras to Brownsville in 1985.

He is now a citizen and makes $33/hour. The Mexican-American Dream I tell ya.

his salary is $1320/week
