I still stand by mine and vae's statements: nails in the yard and sulfur tablets in the water...Do you have a dog? If so, take him to where the corner of the fence used to be and have him shat there everyday. Tell them you can't help it, this is where he's always gone...

I think you ought to have somebody come out and survey the whole thing to make sure you get the property line in the right place.

I put the posts 8" inside the line, so that's not an issue.

Now, just for giggles, you should sue them if they ever make any use of that 8" strip on their side that remains your property. :D
