High school one legged wrestler, advantage?

So he wrestles in the 112 pound class. I have to wonder if the upper body strength increase(weight of a leg would surely put him up a weight class or three) and the lack of something for his opponent to grab is a bigger advantage than the disadvantage he has???

Still pretty awesome that he does it and does so well at it.
