So the neighbors closed on their house Friday, and came by to tell us
goodbye, almost in tears.

The real estate agents both agreed that the letter we furnished to
have the fence moved as quickly as we could get the contractor here
was sufficient.

At the closing, the a$$hole buyers tell the neighbors "we want you to give us
$1000 cash just in case they don't move it, so we can have it moved"

That pushed the neighbor over the limit "you can't do that, it's their fence,
they agreed to move it, and you accepted the terms in which they will have
it moved.

The real estate agents chimed in and said "you did agree to that"

F*** YOU A$$HOLES!!!!

The contractor has not showed up two mornings in a row, and tonight
said "maybe Saturday he can come look at it".

I say **** it, and start to take the fence down, hammer and crowbar.

It's only 10:30 pm, right?

So the neigher behind us, very nice people, asked if I could keep it down.
I apologized to them and explained the circumstances (they were in total
disbelief), and will start early in the morning.

You wanna see "can cuss better than Dean"??

I can make a sailor with tourette's syndrome blush right now.

Dammit, I'm ****ing ****ed off.

Why be an a$$hole? Just ask "hey, your fence is encroaching, would you
please move it" - then there would have been no problems. But these
****tards have gotten off on the wrong foot.

they best pray to Jesus that we move soon. Otherwise, their life will be hell.

Put sulfur tabs in their water. Often. Nothing says welcome home like the stench of rotten eggs.

PG, they really are. Angie, the neighbor, offered us the money to pay
to move the fence Saturday because she felt so bad. We told her
money isn't the issue, it's the attitude of these people.

In the big picture, there are still people living in tents, waiting on FEMA
trailers, there's not nearly enough construction workers INCLUDING ALL THE
ILLEGAL MESSICANS, but this is all that matters to them. Unbelieveable.

I'm thinking about writing some nice words in their yard with roundup concentrate.

Hope they have big plans real soon or else I'd toss dog **** over the fence every chance I got.

I have a neighbor who is just as nice. You can co-exist.
We haven't spoken to our nice neighbor since they pulled out their shrub and stuck it in our driveway.
