As if "fockturd" (thanks Dolemite) downtown trying to bum money for the millionth time, and the teenagers in the parking deck at the mall weren't bad enough. I go to Taco Bell at about 10, after waiting about 15 minutes total to order and get my food, I walk out the door and smell the scent of (we'll call it cannabis), I look to see where this smell is coming from, and it is one of the Taco Bell employees, sitting right there on the sidewalk by the front door, smoking a joint. To make matters worse, a guy and his kid (couldn't have been older than 8) had walked out right before me, so they had to have walked past her as well...
