After eating Messican last night, we stopped to get some ice cream.

The chick had, um, an alternate style of dressing than most of society.

She went to hand me my blizzard, and turns it upside down (no lid on it),
then right back up, then hands it to me. nothing fell out of the cup.

So I'm like WTF? Are you trying to show me this shi* is so thick, it's gonna clog me up??

Turning the blizzard upside down is a Dairy Queen quality check. It's in their manual. Just be glad you got a rule following server.

That's strange, I've never had one of them do that before. Maybe
that's just the cool new thing to do. I'm old.

They have done that up here as long as I can remember. Maybe the Dairy Queens in Mississippi are behind the rest of the nation.

They have done that up here as long as I can remember. Maybe the Dairy Queens in Mississippi are behind the rest of the nation.

The ice cream was almost 3 hours after the messican joint. Didn't have
much room, but was craving ice cream.

Not really. She had some funky giant peacock looking earrings, retro-like
horn rimmed glasses, khakis that were 1-2 sizes too big, and the "uniform"
shirt.

She'd probably be cute if she had clothes that fit on, glasses that didn't look ridiculous and those earrings. The fashion police would have arrested her.

Cool perhaps, Not new. My Parents had 2 DQ's in Tulsa in the 60's-70's. They did it that way then.
