The gas station right by my work did this:

Wed 8:30 a.m. - $2.42
Wed.5:30 p.m. - $2.49
Thu 8:30 a.m. - $2.52
Thu.5:30 p.m. - $2.55
Fri 8:30 a.m. - $2.55
Fri. 12:30 p.m. - $2.64

22 cents in 3 days!!!

I should be so lucky.

I know other people pay more in other parts on the country. That's not what this is about. It's about 9% in increase in 3 days.

Did I miss a news story? Like last time and the Alaskan oil spill and switching of the tanks?

I'll have to find this news story, but I read the other day the oil companies have had the biggest increase in profit than they've had in years. But we are told that they have to raise gas prices to make. I call BS.

While we're at it, I have a 7 month old baby, and a 2 door Honda Civic, donations to help buy a 4 door would be awesome <sorry to steal any contributions to you GHP>

While we're at it, I'm not happy with the new sound system I had put in my Benz last week. I'll be taking contributions to get another one.

Actually, the claim is that there isn't enough ethanol available to replace MTBE as a gasoline additive. People in the ethanol industry say the oil companies are lying.

Lying. Gee. What a shock to find that in America.

$42.00 to fill up the Cli-Maxima today. Ouch.

I honestly remember when I could fill it up for under $20.
